LUXE Newborn Sessions at Mint Portrait Studio in Richmond, VA are ALL photographed and artistically designed by our principle photographer, Rachel Lambert. Rachel is typically assisted by an intern or associate to ensure the highest quality session for your family. LUXE sessions are designed for the client who wants their entire family included in the images, and their goal is to create timeless artwork for their home and/or a family heirloom. It is custom photographic art that is specially designed for your space. This can mean a wall piece, a keepsake folio box, an heirloom album and/or any digital negatives you want to preserve.

SESSION INCLUDES:
• a detailed pre-consultation with Rachel to plan a display goal for your session
• guidance and advice for clothing and session design
• a full session to capture many options that offers a complete portrait study of your newborn and family
• a large variety of proofing images for you to select your favorites from
• a post-session viewing & ordering appointment with Rachel, where she will help you design a final product or you may just purchase digital files
• custom printing, order fulfillment and archival preservation
• attention to every detail in regards to client communication, customer service and order care.
• a delivery appointment for you to approve your order and take home your new heirloom art!

LUXE NEWBORN SESSION

CREATIVE FEE – 250

This is a full newborn session photographed in studio for babies less than 5 weeks old (ideally 8-12 days old). Everyone in the immediate family is encouraged to participate in the session. Everything needed for baby is provided by the studio, from the little knit hats to sweet vintage outfits and those perfectly sized props, we have thought of it all. A select collection of mother and young child boutique outfits are also available.

This creative fee formally books your portrait appointment and covers the session time, gallery post processing and your Gallery Reveal and Ordering Appointment. It does not include any prints or products. Clients may purchase prints, products and/or digital images either A La Carte or by Custom Collection.

Booking before 37 weeks? Receive a COMPLIMENTARY Tiny Me Hospital Session and 5-8 digital images as our gift to you! This short session takes place in your hospital room in the 24-48 hours after birth and is perfect for capturing those sweet first moments.

For your convenience, Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express and Personal Checks are accepted. Prices are subject to change without notice. Current pricing will be honored for thirty days for sessions that are booked with the retainer fee.  Special charity discounts or other offers cannot be combined. The Gift Registry and interest-free Payment Plans are available to every client.

When booking more than one session at the same time, you will receive a 25% discount on your Creative Fees.
