What’s more fun then a First Birthday Session with the Monterey Cake Smash Photographer? Four cake smashes all at once! Yes, FOUR! The Quads in the South turned one and I was lucky enough to get them into Mint Portrait Studio for a fun and messy cake smash session!

Four faces. Four different personalities. Four different reactions. There was tears. There was exploration. There was excitement. And most of course, there was cake everywhere!

No one loved their cake as much as sweet little Mae.  She just could not get enough of that yummy goodness. Whether it was her cake or her brothers’, she wanted it all. Her faces say it all!

I can’t get enough of her! She was absolutely priceless and the life of the party!  With four babies to capture, all at the same time, choosing a neutral color palette was important.  I wanted the babies to truly shine, and shine they did! The all white color scheme highlighted their gorgeous complexions perfectly!

A cake smash isn’t fun until the cake is all over. All over the backdrop, all over the baby, all over the parents and all over me… and oh was it everywhere!

Sweet Griffin wasn’t as thrilled with his cake, but he sure was interested in crawling around and checking out what his brother and sisters were up to!
